Contact Information, Navigation Tips, and Biography

by John Rasmussen

Please read a disclaimer for the statements I make on this website accusing judges, politicians and activists of criminal actions.

Contact Information:

This website is a one-man operation. I have a life outside of trying to get crooked judges and politicians held responsible for their crimes. Please leave an email and I'll answer, if appropriate.

Please use this link to send an email to John Rasmussen at the "Trail of Shame" website.

How to Navigate this Website

The topic of this website is the federal tax fraud scheme that was used to railbank the East Lake Sammamish BNSF right-of-way in King County, Washington, and the subsequent criminal actions by federal and State judges. The discussion of this topic is not complicated, but there is a great amount of information that needs to be connected together. Exposing the criminal activity of the judges requires a detailed discussion of their dishonest opinions with hyperlinks to supporting documentation. These judges committed crimes from the bench with the confidence that nobody would look at what they did. Hopefully, this website will encourage that examination.
(My statements describing wrongdoing or criminal actions on this webpage are a First Amendment expression of my opinion.)

I've designed this website in layers of detail. A subject is first presented in general terms. Associated with that discussion are hyperlinks that, when "clicked", will open a new webpage to expand on certain points. These hyperlinks essentially take the reader to a more detailed layer, and from there to even more detailed layers. For example, there is a "federal tax fraud scheme" hyperlink in the above paragraph. Selecting it will open a new webpage containing a detailed discussion on the East Lake Sammamish federal tax fraud scheme. Links in the reference section of that page will open another webpage describing the evidence of the fraud. The evidence page has a discussion on the fraudulent appraisal by Arthur Andersen. A link there will open a fourth webpage containing a copy of Arthur Andersen's appraisal.

Navigation Rules:

If the reader "clicks" a hyperlink in the body of a page, it will open a new page in a new window. Since these hyperlinks will take the reader to a more detailed discussion, it is assumed that the reader will close them and return to the base page after viewing. If the reader does not close these links, his/her computer will fill up with an array of pages. The exception to this rule is a "jump menu" which is usually near the top of a discussion. When a topic is clicked in a "jump menu", the viewed page will be replaced with the new "jump menu" topic. In this case, a new window will not be opened and the reader will need to use the "back" button on his browser to return to the original position on the page.

If the reader "clicks" a hyperlink in the navigation bar at the top left of each webpage, in most cases it will replace the page the reader is using, and not open a new window. The exceptions to this rule are the "Legal Dictionary" selection and the menu sections containing "Hilchkanum Documents and Other Exhibits to the Courts". These selections will open in a new window.

I've worked for several years to link all the information together. There are thousands of hyperlinks on this website. They work on my home computer, but they may not work on the website. Please use the following link to report hyperlinks which don't work or to report other display problems that you may find. Be sure to include the web address (file name) of the page that has the problem, and include any information that will help me find and correct the link. I will greatly appreciate your notification.

About the Author:

My name is John Rasmussen. I established this website after my rights as an American were destroyed in federal court. The judges had nothing personally against me (until now), but rather they decided to protect some powerful members of the King County community who participated in the East Lake Sammamish federal tax fraud scheme. I got in their way. I "blew the whistle" on the crime. The judges then denied my rights and stole my land in the process of protecting their pals. These judges have violated their oaths and will do the same to other citizens if they are not held responsible for their crimes.
